How does StandupFlow work with Slack?
After installing StandupFlow, team members use the /standup slash command in any Slack channel. A quick modal pops up with three fields: what you did yesterday, what you're doing today, and any blockers. Responses are collected and organized automatically.
What's the difference between Free and paid plans?
The Free plan supports up to 5 members with weekly standup summaries (plain text) delivered to Slack. The Team plan unlocks AI-powered summaries, monthly reports, report history commands, and 1-year data retention.
How do weekly reports work?
Every Monday, StandupFlow automatically collects the week's standups. On the Team plan, Claude AI generates a structured summary with accomplishments, blockers, trends, and improvement suggestions — delivered directly to your chosen Slack channel. Free plan users receive a plain-text standup digest.
Is my team's standup data secure?
Yes. All data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Standup content is only sent to the Claude API for AI summarization on paid plans — it's not used for model training and not stored by Anthropic.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel through the billing portal at any time. If you cancel within 48 hours of being charged, we'll issue a full refund. After that, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Do you support languages other than English?
Yes. StandupFlow supports English and Japanese for both standup collection and AI-generated reports. More languages are on the roadmap.
