1. Operator

StandupFlow is operated by Couch Potato Co., Ltd., located at Tokyu Doel Fuchu Village II 105, 2-31-13 Honmachi, Fuchu-shi, Tokyo 183-0027, Japan.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using StandupFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using StandupFlow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind the organization to these terms.

3. Service Description

StandupFlow is a SaaS application that collects asynchronous standup reports via Slack and generates AI-powered summaries. Service features vary by plan (Free, Team, Business).

4. Pricing & Billing

  • Free: $0/mo, up to 5 members, weekly reports only
  • Team: $8/user/mo, unlimited members, AI summaries
  • Business: $12/user/mo, SSO, API access, CSV export

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. Billing is processed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.

5. Refund Policy

If you request a refund within 48 hours of being charged, we will issue a full refund. After 48 hours, no pro-rated refunds are provided. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content submitted through standup reports
  • You must not submit content that violates applicable laws
  • You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

StandupFlow is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
