2. Data We Collect

StandupFlow collects the following data through your Slack workspace integration:

  • Slack user display names and email addresses
  • Standup responses submitted via the /standup command
  • Workspace and channel metadata required for bot operation
  • Billing information processed through Stripe

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly standup reports
  • Produce AI-powered summaries (Team and Business plans)
  • Manage your subscription and billing
  • Improve the service through aggregated, anonymized analytics

4. Data Storage & Retention

All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security policies. Standup data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your data. The following third-party services process your data as part of StandupFlow's operation:

  • Anthropic (Claude API) — Standup content is sent for AI summary generation on paid plans. Data is processed in real-time, not retained by Anthropic, and not used for model training.
  • Stripe — Billing and payment processing.
  • Supabase — Database hosting and authentication.
  • Vercel — Application hosting and analytics.
  • Sentry — Error monitoring (no personal data sent).

6. AI Processing

For Team and Business plan users, standup data is sent to the Claude API for report summarization. Data is processed in real-time and is not used for model training. Free plan reports use plain-text aggregation only.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure — Request deletion of your data
  • Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Opt-out — California residents may opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal data)

8. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all your organization's data by contacting support@standupflow.app. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

9. Cookies

StandupFlow uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregated, privacy-friendly usage metrics (no personal identifiers are stored).

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
